well i have been training for around 2 years now and for the first half i neglected legs
so naturally have been working very hard on them for the past year and gained a lot!
last week me n my gym buddie decided to do super sets on squats, legs extensions and hamstring curls, doin reps of 10 of heavy weight and then after about 5 sets on each we moved onto calves and hack sqauts for the same and i was pushin out my 10th rep on the hack sqaut i fainted lol
after my mate slapping me awake again ran straight to the toilet puked like i never have before

thas mine hopefully have more to come!!
