my leg workouts consist of this (there usually done with my cousin cause he helps me with rack the weight and i give him a few pointers on his legs)

First i started with warmup sets of seated leg raises

then i went start to squats 4 strict sets of 10 reps at 300 no big deal then i moved to legpress where i hammered out 4 sets of ten first starting at 990 then going to 1080 then 1170 then i finished off with 1530 then i dropped the weight on the legpress to 500 and did 100 strict reps in a row. Then we went to hack squats were i did 4 sets of ten starting first with 270 then 360 then 450 and to finish it all off i completed (with cheating on the last two reps) ten reps of 540. By this time i could barely walk anymore and i felt liek puking but its only just begun i rack on only 180 on the hack squat and i perform 100 strict reps then we move to seat leg raises were i complete 4 sets of ten first starting with 120 then going to 150 then to 165 then finishing off with 205 then i lower the weight to 75 and i procede to hammer out 100 non stop reps by this time i have already puked but im still goin then i remeber doing seated hamstring maxing out the machine for 4 sets of ten reps and on the last five reps making my cousin (who is 140) stand on the 220 pounds of weight on the machine then i move to lying hamstring curls by this time i was about to pass out and i dont remeber what how much was done on the machine and then i moved on to calves starting with seated calf raises doing 4 sets of ten at 270 pounds and then doing 400 pounds standing calf lifts then after that going to the seated calf raises machine and puting the weight to 90 and hammering out 50 good reps after that workout i remember drinking my protein going to bed and waking up at 3 pm the next day lol it was insane

idk i think that my craziest workout would have to be when i was doing standing shoulder press and i was already worn out getting really lassidasical and i was on my last rep pushing it out but when i got it up i locked it and then my arms gave out on me and i almost droped the 165 on my head but i was able to move in time

I was always a big fan of keeping it simple, so we'd do heavy 20 rep squats followed immediately with 20 stiff-legged deadlifts with the same weight. I threw up two weeks in a row, so the gym owner stopped me on the way out the second time and asked if I was OK. I had to use a little garbage can about 10 feet away but still made it. Next week, he had written my name in marker on side of the bucket and left it in the squat rack for me!
