ok, yesterday i was playing football (soccer to americans) and during football a 6'8 guy (really tall im only 5'9) came and speared me hard in my lower back, and all day i was hurting in my lower back, i think its just a bang, but after a rest it seemed fine and i did my workout, but today now and then it hurts abit, when i stand up quickly, but its ok now, ive got tablets for my lower back when i injured it in the past (did it with dreaded squats, i dont do them now), so do you think i should rest a week or 2,
and my question..
im on about following this routine 2 times a week, monday & thursday,
