this two weeks my trainings have been really compromised i'm in the process of moving to my new home... with no internet to post, no cable tv,
nothing and there is a lot that i've being doing and has being compromising the time to train I still go to the gym but for example yesterday I had to train only half hour wich made it a very

training. What should I do let the muscle rest or repeat the muscle, cause to tell the truth I don't even felt that I hitted it, it made me real angry to leave that way and the way that I did the excercises that I knew I could get injured or something.
