hi im thinking of doing a split routine example chest in morning and bi's in the arvo but im not to sure bout me supplements im currently taking pro complex gainer 159g , 1 teaspoon glutamine and 1 teaspoon of creatine before and after a work out. so how would i do my supplements for the two work outs ?
