Hey guys, I was just wondering what are some good lower body exercises to do at home?. I'm slowly building up a home gym and don't have much stuff yet. All I have is a incline/flat/decline bench and free weights in pairs from 15- 45 lbs. Anyways, are there any exercises with free weights I can do for my legs??Are there any things found around the house I can use for a leg workout?? Thanks in advance.
