back day is my favorite day after leg day
this is what ive been doing
deadlift
latpulldown
bent rows/t-bar rows
closegrip pulldowns/closegrip reverse bent rows
rear delts
i usually do 4-6 sets on each lift since i dont do that many different lifts but this workout hits my back pretty good
i hit traps on shoulder day with up right rows, shrugs, and lateral raises
also, if any of you guys do more for your back workout im all ears, i wouldnt mind adding a couple of excercises if you all think they would be beneficial |
