Okay i just wanna say what i ate and trained yesterday, \
seeing as its holidays i trained chest, 4 sets flat db (got the 40's up for the first time, 5 reps =)), 3 sets incline db, 3 set dips
im feeling rooted today but its a good sort of rooted lol,
okay here it is
1- 8 whites, 1 yolk, 4 ww toast 1 banana
2- preworkout shake then postworkout shake + carbo drink inbetween and after
3- chicken, left over steak, brown rice, white pasta
4- chicken, brown rice, broccolli
5- protein shake, id usually have more here but i was sooo full lol
6- steak, broccolli, 4 slices ww bread
7- protein shake plus a banana
slept for 9 hrs
fuck what a day, gotta love holidays. (btw im buklking if u couldnt tell.)
