Does any one know any workouts with proven results. LIke the "One Inch in a month routine for biceps." Oh and if you recommend workouts, I need more of a mass gaining workout. I'm not ready to give up my size just yet I need to bulk up some more, but at the same time I want the most possible definition that I could take. Thanks.

those workouts are bullshit, taken from Flex and Muscle and Fitness claiming you can add 30lbs in a week and inches to your biceps, its just exxagerated stuff. just train hard and eat big and you'l get results

Some of them actually worked for me you just gotta give a week or two rest after giving up your old workout. IF you try all of the workouts you see in the book from week to week or even month to month your muscles will be in complete shock.

after experience and trying different types of training you should be able to create your own.
but there are training types that are true.

you could try the 5 x 5 method for a while i am a big fan of this
just increase the weight till you can only get 5 reps then do 5 sets like that
but i only use it on basic movments like bench or squat not to sure if it works with bis and things tho

If everyone gained an inch on their arms in a month, will all be walking with 50inch guns.. Putting and an inch+ a year is decent progress. It may not sound like alot but it is!

Haha your right. IF you add all the weight gain and inch gain from all the mags and all the "different" routines, you would be adding a solid 450 pounds of muscle and 36 odd inches on whatever body part you want.

HAHAHAHAHAHA
ONE INCH A MONTH??? You've got to be joking man. You'll be lucky if you could grow 1\2 an inch in 2 months let alone 1" in 1 month...Don't believe any of that shit you read little man.
Just stick to a good routine that works for you, a good training split & program. Then the rest is down to your DIET & REST. Size will come

and remember that biceps are one of the smaller muscles, so gaining an inch on them compared to the chest or back will be a lot tougher
