hi everyone im new to this site and just started working out
since Feb 6. but for some reason i have a very hard time being
consistent with working out. are there any good tips or mind sets to
help keep going to the gym?

Focus on your body a lot.

Keep your diet on track and make sure you get to the gym when u have to.

Live, Eat, Dream, Love, and Make sweet love to bodybuilding.

Your friends will come and go and people will lie to you, but 200lbs is always 200lbs.

thx zack oh and one more question. i started taking atrophex and syntha 6 (once after work out and once before i pass out) when is the most optimum time to take atrophex?

I've never used Atro-Phex, but I hear it's great

I'd go with what it says on the bottle.

But YOU MUST HAVE A PERFECT DIET FIRST!!! getting your diet tuned in is first and foremost. You'll have bad side effects without a great diet, and you won't get the gains you want if your diet is fucked up.

i've been trying to keep my diet clean, i've watched ronnie coleman's videos ( cost of redemption and relentless) and been on a few sites and the meals are simliar so i've started to eat egg whites and rice in the morning, and some caned white tuna and chicken strips for lunch, is it ok to eat meat after 6pm?
how many meals is the most effective? people eat 6,8 10 even 12 times a day. im lost on the meal thing

6 to 8 meals a day

it's fine to eat meat any time of the day

if you need help with nutrition start a thread in the nutrition section with a full day's log of your nutrition and we can help you reach all your goals
