I may seem out of date with this topic but what do u think people of this split for mass for an intermediate-advanced lifter :
-----------------------------------------------------------------
mon &tue: all bodyparts on each day ,1 exercise per BP

wed: off

thu&fri:same as mon,tue

sat&sun: off
-------------------------------------------------------

or its better the ol' once BP per week w/high volume ?

I think you'd fare better going one on one off doing full body workouts. You need at least 48 hours recovery between workouts.
