A few months ago I was strolling through Muscle and Fitness and noticed an article that claimed you can gain an inch in your bicep in just one weeks time. I kept reading on wondering what the routine would be, well this is it. They recommended taking the entire week off besides one day, during this one day you will only be working your biceps. M&F wrote to workout for 45 minutes, drink a protein shake, workout 45 minutes, drink a protein shake, workout 45 more minutes, drink another protein shake, and continue doing this until about 10 PM at night for the entire day.
