A few months ago I was strolling through Muscle and Fitness and noticed an article that claimed you can gain an inch in your bicep in just one weeks time. I kept reading on wondering what the routine would be, well this is it. They recommended taking the entire week off besides one day, during this one day you will only be working your biceps. M&F wrote to workout for 45 minutes, drink a protein shake, workout 45 minutes, drink a protein shake, workout 45 more minutes, drink another protein shake, and continue doing this until about 10 PM at night for the entire day.

I got a good kick out of this article.

he i read this artical somewhere but isnt it about the 1 were u superset biceps and triceps........

ya, I didn't pay too much attention to it. All I had to see is the recommending of working out nine hours in one day and it gave me a good laugh. Thanks M&F.

Sounds kinda like a warped version of Arnold doing a ton of calves pre contest to gain the pump and boost size.

Sound like some of the "ready, set, grow" programs I've seen, where you basicly train for 12 hours. You of course eat your meals like you should and so on, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.. anyone mortal that is
