If I'm on a cut, should I be doing some kind of cardio either HIIT or LI everyday?

If so, on my weight-lifting days [5 days a week], should I do LI before or after my weight sessions? It's not convenient to do it early in the day before breakfast, so I want to know when I should do it in relation to my workouts.

It depends.

I've heard people say HIIT everyday
I've heard some say HIIT on everyday but off days and leg days.

It just depends on what you're goals are and how you're feeling.

I'd go with HIIT everday but off days and leg days. At least 5 days a week HIIT and 1 day LI.

If you are doing it correctly, 2-3 HIIT sessions per week is plenty.
