I have a good forearm workout...you take a 1/2 copper pipe drill a hole through the middle get about 2-4feet of shoelaces put through the hole tie it off and then on the other end tie on your desired weight of dumbell/plate and then put the bar out in front of you and roll up the shoelace forward and backward...works your forearms great

thats old school bro...the sell those @ sports authority now....but good job, they are great. You gotta do them slow and controlled though...see how long you can handle it

man i didnt know they sold those in the stores now...ya if you hold it out from your body and do it slow and not wobbling it around thats gets the burn going

yeah they sell them at all kinds of shops. it's pretty cool that you figured it out without knowing that though.

Great exercise but I don't think I'd be using shoelace, that stuff's pretty weak.

well you gotta get it from a work boot...they have a pretty thick lace..but i guess it depends on how much weight you have on it..i only have a 10 or 15 dumbbell on there

you can find them at a lot of sports shops, but im sure you can put it into google and find an amazing one. It should definitely be a great help for ya man.

These should do the trick.

Personally I have a few home made varieties; a 1.5" smooth, 1.75" knurled, 2" smooth, and 2.25" smooth. The 1.5" is made from wood and the rest from steel pipe.
