hey my obliques are kinda weird, like ive been bukling for a while and they r poking out towards the lower part of the abs, like it will sorta poke out where the abdominal belt is, hope this is makign sense. it may just be the fat starting to build up but i dont wanna cut down and have this massive gut thats wider then my shoulders, i dont do any weighted oblique movements but i know alot of the compounds lifts i do work them, is there anyway to keep these obliques from growing wider coz it doenst look that great lol. |
