my diet is pretty clean, about 2000 to 2500 calories, 120 to 200g protien, apprx 100 to 200g good carbs, very little sugar very little 20 to 30g fat usually good fats (i.e. red meats, avacados, milk, cheese etc.) I've been on
Hemaguno the last three weeks or so and it's been helping me cut alot of fat off, i mean it's no fat insenorater but i have dropped in body fat, except for my love handles they've shrunk but not by much.
