put a bar on your back with some weights and in a controlled movement turn from side to side. that works them amazingly.

"Broom handles" have started to tighten my sides up a ton. I started doing them after reading about them in Reps mag and do about 50 (25 per side) back and forth 3 times a week when I do abbs. Good stretching too.

my diet is pretty clean, about 2000 to 2500 calories, 120 to 200g protien, apprx 100 to 200g good carbs, very little sugar very little 20 to 30g fat usually good fats (i.e. red meats, avacados, milk, cheese etc.) I've been on Hemaguno the last three weeks or so and it's been helping me cut alot of fat off, i mean it's no fat insenorater but i have dropped in body fat, except for my love handles they've shrunk but not by much.

if ur cutting you need

1.5 to 1.8g of protein per lb of bodyweight
1 to 2g of carbs
.2 to .3 g of fat.

ur fat and carbs look about right, but u need to up ur protein man.

also, just got light weight on deads and get ur form down, they're a great mass building exercise
