Serious Squat Help Needed

I have ok leg strength but as much as I try to load up the plates on the bar my back gives out on the bottom half of the squat. Could you guys give me any tips because its holding me back almost 80lbs on my squat. So is there any excersises that I cuold use to strengthen my back and give me a better squat.

get a stronger lower back, and if you cant do it then don't force yourself and do heavy weights. concentrate on getting stronger on lower weights and adjusting to lifting them instead of going too heavy.
for getting a stronger back in squat, do deadlifts, stiff leg deadlifts, and good mornings, and its good to have strong traps and shoulder.

good info man, also try back extensions they have helped me out i'm kind of in the same boat as you are when it comes to squats, keeping good form through out the excersize is important.

rack deadlifts with big weight.
And work your core, but not before squats.

Squats engage from the toes to your lats.

rack deadlifts, and deadlifts period. they're a full body movement. also try hack squats

Julio gav great advice on this I also agree with LBJ just lower the weight and get perfect form.
Squating is my favorite excersise now.In a year I have went from 185 squat to last week getting 495 10 times.LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!!!!!!!!!!

I think your form could be letting you down, like others have mentioned, work your core and Deadlift. Make sure you aint looking down while squatting too and keep that back straight
