Whtas up i have been lifting for the last year and when i started i weighed in at 370 lbs and i couldnt bench but 95lbs for 5 or 6 and it was pathetic i had bad posture and ate mcdonalds all the time. I started going every week 5 days a week making huge gains. My weight is down to 305 and my strength is up to 205 bench for about 5 on the 4th set. When i go dumbells or flys i can do the pec deck with a high grip with 245 for 12 and i can do 70s on flat dumbells. My biggest question is i want to loose my stomach and i have been doing cardio alot and alot of high rep training for the last 2 months and i'm getting stronger instead of leaning out and i've read all the articles out there on what to eat does anyone have a clue what i have done wrong? and if anyone out there has any good back workouts to gain mass to my lats it would be greatly appreciated. I"m looking forward to all the advice i can get thank you and god bless.

What's your diet like now? and also your work out routine, for mass for lats reverse/regular grip pull downs, t-bar rows, close/wide grip rows, barbell rows.

Cosign with Zach. Try to cut off your carb intake a couple of hours before bed that will help also.

every muscle needs at least 48 hours rest (one day in between) you'd prolly have even bigger biceps if you rest.

and for your problem CutlerFan08 since you're still making gains I'd suggest it is either your diet or your build. try cutting your calories and carbs and junk food but make sure you still get all your nutrients and vitamins. If that doesn't work it might be your genes that prevent you from being any more lean. hope this helps a little and good luck
and maddddd props for sticking with it usually when people can barely lift at the beginning (no offense) they quit but shit mad props

make sure all the foods you're bringing in is clean, the only way to lose that stomach fully is diet. you can do all the cardio and such in the world but if your diet is not in check its helpless. cut out the fats and unhealthy snack foods, bring in fruits and veggies. eat 6x a day and bring in about 3000+ cals daily. eating on a constant basis 6x a day keeps the metbolism working 24/7 burning cals even when you're stationary.
