Dferreal..

I think you see many bodybuilders of today making this look real easy, pop a couple pills, do a set routine and kablam, you're Ronnie. It's not like that all. I can tell you right now, 95% of the people on this board have all wanted to quit. Including me about 1 month ago, trying to bulk. Anyway, do not quit.

This sport takes patience and the ability to never give up. Think of it this way ...If you quit, what will that do? You won't get anywhere and your physique will get worse.

What's your current diet and training? Maybe we can help you and give a few tweaks.

It takes more than a month to cut. If you start out lacking definition, then 1 month won't really show you that much. I started my cut without alot of definition but i'm going to be cutting for at least 10 weeks. The definition just doesn't pop out. To get good definition expect 2-3 months of losing fat.

Hang in their buddy. If its not happening for you, use it to motivate you to further perfect. Look at it as a challenge. This is one of the most difficult sports. If it wasnt you would see a hell of alot more bodybuilders walking around.

Post workout cut out the fruit and add either rice cakes, white rice, or some other form of quick digesting carbs that aren't high in fructose.

You can do two things 1. Stop and get fat. 2. Get mad and train even harder.
