heya, i'm just inquring bout ab workouts...i'ma be startin a new plan where i'm runnin 20-40 minutes a day. and do 50 rep 4 set ab workouts everyother day, or 3 days a week, and i use the whole tuck in the stomach technique, is there nethign i should be aware of, any new methods to get em. or am i in good shape to go?

i wouldn't do 50 reps. train you're abs 2 times a week one high reptation no weight one low reptation with weights

2 times a week aint enough. Work your abs atleast 4 times a week you will see results. Two times won't do you any good.

they need rest too. imo 3 times a week max

We had this discussion before. didn't we? 3 times is max. It al about low bodyfat. When they are bigger, they are better visable at a higher %bf, but as Philosopher said, they need rest to to recover and grow, so dont trow them in every workout.
