You'll see them now in my signature.

Keeping in mind:

*I work out in 3 day cycles, on a split routine (ie, Day 1 - Back + Biceps + Legs, Day 2 - Chest + Triceps + Shoulders, Day 3 - Rest.)

*I'm not what you'd call nutritionally aware. I don't eat unhealthy, I just don't pay attention to what I am eating. All i know is I try get as much protein as I can, with as little fat + cholesterol + sugar as possible.

Are my goals realistic, any advice / comments?

Any help is appreciated!

Definitely doable. The dumbbell press will probably be the hardest to increase, but you have plenty of time.

Agree'd 9months should be plenty of time. 17lbs on dumbbell bench will be tough but possible, along with all the other lifts.

First thing I would do is make a new routine, split it up more, then combine bodybuilding workouts and mix in power lifting workouts.

Even if you're not the best eater at least find a happy medium, buy healthy foods, going to burger kind 2x a month isn't going to stop you from getting in shape

17 pounds is nothing, you're only talking adding 2 pounds per month more than you did the month before, IMO very easy goal.

Many people go up even faster than that, so you should be good to go as long as you eat decent and stick to a good routine

No, in all honesty I'm not sure what I can max...I havn't tried maxing out for a long, long time.

For Dumbell Press, Individual Curls and Preacher Curls, I get to about 6 reps before I need a slight spot to 10, and for all others I'm doing reps of 7-10.

doing back and legs in the same day is just going to fatigue you immensely. Ur lats are a giant muscle. It originates off the spinous processes of the lumbar and thoracic vertebrae, the lower ribs, the sacral vertebrae and off the top of the iliac crest and it inserts in the intertubecular groove and the crest of the lesser tubercle of the humerus. It's a giant muscle and if worked heavy your biceps and lats are going to be quite fatigued. And since it's such a large muscle on your body it's going to take a toll on you. Doing legs in the same day is going to be rough because your back will slightly flex because of your arms having to hold the bar on your back. This is going to make doing legs harder on the same day as your back and you likely won't make as many gains. Also having microtears in your back and your legs will make it harder for your protein synthesis to initiate and repair your muscles. Therefore your muscles will most likely be more sore longer. So basically, split them up.

Wow, that was a lot. But there ya go champ.
