Make sure you're doing it with good form cuz some of those gains might be a little too big.

So, you're saying the majority of your weights went up 100+ lbs in 4 weeks? I doubt this.

dude, i've never heard of anybody going up in weight that fast. The fastest I've ever gotten a weight up is from like 1000lbs on leg press to 1200lbs. That was a couple of weeks. Other than that dude, I'm siding with KM. I want proof.

honestly your lifts seem a little out of whack. Most seem doable at your age and wieght but you say you bent over row 275 lets say ok super lift. then you only sldl 315 these numbers are too close together then to only deadlift 365 this makes little sense its almost like you are grabbing numbers out of the sky. take me for instance the average jo blow I pull 365 for sets of ten but I cant bent over row 275 even once and my lats are my best performing muscle relatively speaking. then your bench and shoulder press one would have to think you 1. were a victim of a shoulder and pec injury and strength in now incredibly dispropotionate, 2. are a victim of a typo in a few of your catagories, or 3. you are fibbing, shame on you. If these are your weights regardless of where you started good for you but look them over again and you can see how people might doubt you a little and if you need to change some we will like you anyway. Here on the dungeon its not what you lift it is that you lift-UC

135 to 405??? I actually went from benching very low like around 90lbs to like 120 in the frst month just from changing form and stuff, but 135 to 405 did you go one arm with 135 haha that's a gain that has to come from correcting something huge.

Actually that was complete sarcasm, hence the part about my e-stats being better than his. It's ok, but you may want to have your sarcasm detector taken in for repairs, looks like it's malfunctioning.

Like they said^^^^, e-stats are your stats posted online. The thing is that so many people exaggerate their numbers in a twisted sort of ego boost, they've generally just become a mockery.

There is absolutely no way that you started out doing 185 on BO rows and you only benched 155. I'm a pretty decent size (5'9 185) and I rep 235 on bench and am reppin maybe 165-175 on BO rows. 275 is insane, do you even know what a bent over row is?

You can't row more than you bench, it's physically impossible. End of story.
