you are about my stats. good luck and i will check out your posts. I would imagine that at your weight, height and what you want to slim down you are about my Bf% also. I would like to slim down to about the same and start bulking up after that. July should be a good target in which you are not losing weight too fast and keeping your strength up too.

i am also trying to bulk ive been watching what I eat and have been doing cardio such as walking for like 30 min 4 days a week. Is this good enough? Also what is a good way to lift when doing cardio? I imagine lighter weight higher reps. Any tips would be sweet! Sorry James i dont mean to take away from your post I just thought this is a good place to ask.

keep your lifting the same as when you don't do cardio. if you're going to cut it can be solely done from your diet. your diet will be the most influential with your cutting. Just keep your training intense and you could have less rest btw sets, but other than that I wouldn't change much. just prolly more definition exercises rather than compound. i mean keep the compounds in there, but u could add in some more definition exercises like cable crosses and flyes and other such things.
