More of a reader on this forum, but I had a problem I needed some help solving from you guys
Been training a 5x5 program, had a nice progress in the bench (70-ish to 80kg) but then I started to fall down, now I am down at 75kg :/
My problem is (neural) overtraining, so I have now stopped benching, but wondered how long time should I stay away from training chest?
And are there any other things I can to do speed up the recovery?
I figured I should switch program, since I can't focus so much on training. Do you guys have any nice programs to recommend for me?
