I took these pics after my monday night drill at the fire station. I had my digital camera with me, and there wasn't many people at the gym last night. So I snapped a couple of pics of some of the equipment that I use. I thought this would be helpfull when explaining what body part's I work and when describing what I use to perform the excerisize.

Starting top left and working to the right first 5. Then drop down to the second row and continue with #6 thru 10.

1st is a Balancing Circle

2nd is the Bosu

3rd is the Dip apparatus

4th is the Drip apparatus.. I can load 155 lbs on this for 3 sets of 12 reps.

5th is the Hammer Pull Down machine.

6th is the Hyperextension.

7th is Seated calf raise machine.

8th is Seat Hammer, you can do both arms or individual arms. You can also place the weights on the inside or outside.

9th are the various Swiss Balls the I use for most of the excerisizes that I use for stabilization..

10th is T Bar apparatus. I use this sometimes, but I find that I get a much better workout from single are dbells rows or machine #8. If I want some variation, I will rep out on this.

Thanks for stopping by.....

Chris

for balancing and strengthening your core muscles. it helps to tighten them up and it helps having them well worked and tight for compound movements like bench, deads, rows, and squats.

I use it for

Standing alternating curls
Military presses
side lateral raises

push ups: put one hand in the middle of the bosu and the other on the ground and do push ups.

I also do dbell squats on the bosu also.. but with weights like 20 and 30 lbs. I control the down and up movements stiffing my abs down and up.

I also use the balancing circle also for a lot of the same things to.

ZachKnight is correct also.

Chris
