superset technique

For my chest workout i usually super set my dumbbell chest press with flys and i was wonderign should my press weight be the same as my fly weight?

no, chest press is to build muscle. flyes are made to produce definition.

If you dumbbell press the same as you're doing flys with you're not pressing enough or trying to do way too much with flys.

With flys I would only lift as much as you can keep perfect form, it's not an exercise you really want to cheat on to lift a little more on.

yeah just do weight you can handle. If your doing the same weight for press and flys, somethings wrong lol.

ok good i thought so thats the way ive been doing it i was just making sure i wasnt going to get unproportioned pectoralis muscles
