I have pretty big legs but for some reason I lack definition. Here's my workout if you can help please do so

Squat- (Warmup) 135x10 225x10 275x10
(Fun Sets) 315x10 365x10 395x10 405x10 455x10

Leg Press- 4x10 not sure what the sled weight is.. start with 6 plates then go up from there

Leg Extensions- 4x10 I'll have to look at the weight.. don't remember what it is. I hold at the top right before my knees lockout for a 8 count. I do these VERY slowly

Leg Curl- 4x10 once again I don't remember the weight I use. Do these slowly as well.

Might depend on your body type and your diet as opposed to your training. But Ill bet its your diet.

Sweet dude its glad to see someone who works legs hard as myself and HEAVY for that matter. I've been to three different gyms, currently at Golds which is a joke of a bodybuilding place now, and I've had the strongest and biggest legs by far! Ain't nothing like squattin til you puke which is actually what I did today driving home from my workout. LOL!!!!!!

Oh and my legs are the same. I'm 18 and have 28 inch legs for a 6'1 person I'm def bottom heavy which I like cause its a rarity these days. Its def all in the diet and a small tid bit of training. I still haven't got my diet or even tried one for leg definition. I'd like to know as well. Good Post!

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to change my diet around some and see if that will do the trick.

It's good to know there's people out there who do more than bench and curl.... that's what most people in the gyms around my area are concerned with. I don't mind cause I don't ever have to wait on a squat rack.

I love leg day as well. People look at me funny because I can rep 500 lbs on squat and I'm only 18... it makes leg day even better.

Everything I'd recommend you seem to have down cold....For instance- leg extensions: hold your legs for a longer duration. As well as on leg curls. But you have that..

Some people just may not develop defined legs. This is where genetics plays a role. Just keep working hard, improvement will show.
