), I find it incredibly interesting that you chose to do the front squats without shoes, but the dead lifts with.
Dead lifts should really focus on having the weight on your heels from what i have read, whereas squats should be equal distribution. I didnt think normal shoes (or i guess, somewhat flats in your pics) would cause a lack of the equal distribution.
I do my dead lifts without shoes and with only 25 lb plates to make sure im doing the full depth and movement right.
