hey guys. ive decided im not wanting to be just "
big nemore", im getting too fat. i wana be able to do decent reps of pullups and dips. i mean im not weak. im just too fat. so im going to start my cutting diet extremely soon. so i need your guys' help. about ketosis dieting, when do u take your carbs? ive heard u can only take up to 30g MAX. jesus, anyway i am now 173 pounds, coming off the dirtiest bulk possible. i wana cut down so i can do pullups and dips, then i wana bulk back up CLEAN. so less than 30g of carbs, and about 2g of protein per bodyweight?

.9 grams of protein per lb of lbm, protein has about a 58% effeciency to convert to glucose... for extra calories you'll want to use fat. Decide what type of Ketogenic diet you want to do and research the hell out of it... TKD, CKD, etc.

Cosign. The reason you may have the extra BF is because of the dirty bulk, so now you know. On your next bulk, make it clean. I'm beginning to learn about Ketosis diets as well. It's a subject that can't be preached to someone. You need to figure out which specific one you want to do, research as much of it as possible. Any misunderstandings or questions, the Ketogenic kings will help you as much as they can

.9 grams per a pound you weigh
less than 30 carbs a day (you don't count dietary fiber)
Fat makes up the rest

I'll be getting the rough primer up this weekend hopefully, i've been bogged down with school work I have a presentation this week and a math test that I've been cramming for, its coming along decently though don't think I forgot!

I have always found it hard to cut the fat. There are so many diets. The best way for me was to try to loose 1 lbs of fat a week. A natural product that can help is L-carnatine It frees fat into fatty acids for energy. I have done good work outs with out any carbs before hand. Maybe its placebo but I saw results.

Its a shame there is a downside to ephidrine, one product that works great to raise metabolism. It makes people full of energy, burns fat like a mother but has a 3 in 10k chance of being fatal, which is why it was band.
