big nemore", im getting too fat. i wana be able to do decent reps of pullups and dips. i mean im not weak. im just too fat. so im going to start my cutting diet extremely soon. so i need your guys' help. about ketosis dieting, when do u take your carbs? ive heard u can only take up to 30g MAX.

jesus, anyway i am now 173 pounds, coming off the dirtiest bulk possible. i wana cut down so i can do pullups and dips, then i wana bulk back up CLEAN. so less than 30g of carbs, and about 2g of protein per bodyweight?
