Same here. It really changed my physique and gave me gains I didnt see with any other routine. Total different concept of training vs the norm.

Nice, i read ip on it and it sounds good. A combination of this and DC training would be a kickass routine. I only have one question tho, what does the OT stand for in max ot?

i think it's overloading training or something along those lines, because they talk about overloading the muscles quite a bit on their site. not 100% sure tho.

So would that be like having some one help you lift on the positive side with a weight you can't do on your own, then you hold it on the negative by yourself?

Example: curling 150 when your one rep max is 135 and having help on the way up then you try to hold it and drop the weight slow on the way down?

not really. Its more of stayin in between a 4-6 rep range for the purpose of pushing a weight to it maximum failure. So if you max bench is 185, you should be hitting about 165 4-6 reps vs training routines that preech 8-10 reps which would only allow you to hit mabey 145-150 lb no use nearly your maximum streignth. Hope this helps.

their motto is basically overload your muscles so they are forced to adapt. everything is in a strength gaining rep range in max OT. Max OT cardio is great too. again to get the exacts check the website AST-SS.COM. Famous bodybuilders such as Skip La Cour use max ot
