my leg workout is
single legged leg press
back squats
front squats
stiff legged deadlifts
lying leg curls

im having trouble adding more size to my legs especially my hamstring, what the best mass gaining exercise for them?

putting your feet higher on the plate on the leg press
lunges

oh and step ups. those have worked out really well. The hamstrings are extension muscles and flexion muscles. it depends how you work them.

Try going deeper in your Front Squats, that should help a bit.

Focus on squats and leg press. When you start lifting heavier and heavier weights your legs will grow.

For hammies, cant go wrong with GHRs and SLDLs snd throw in some unilateral work such as single leg curls

What does GHR stand for? Ive never seen that abbreviation before.

Another great hamstring exercise, especially useful in strengthening and preventing hamstring injuries in athletics is a nordic eccentric.

Andy Rimmer: Personally, I think your leg workout has too much over lap. Drop the leg press and use either front or back squats. Fronts will target more quads, backs more hips and hamstrings. The sldl's are great.

youre right but I do them seated can feel it closer to the knee joint and lying closer to the ass add in lunges to your WO and alternate lying standing and seated HS curl anyway thats my opinion
