hi guys i just got back from the gym, though i post my new biceps routine. it was amazing they were so pumped 2day i just didnt want to leave the gym lol. i wished it could stay like that all day lol. they were like 3 times bigger anyway this is what i did

preacher curls 10 X 10 and really squeeze at the top only rest 20 seconds between sets

standing Ez bar curls 3 X 10 i went lighter than b4 but with a good form and flexed the muscles at the top for 2 seconds, rest only 20 seconds between sets. on the third set for the last 5 reps i squeezed them for 5 seconds at the top.

last exercise just standing cable bicep curls with low weight and just till failure. only 1 set.
