ok so im going on a cruz in the begging of june and its a royal caraibean cruise and the name of my ship is liberty of the sea. Im stresing out if there going to have the right free weights. As far as incline and flat bench press and dumbells that that at least go up to 120. All the free weights. has anyone taken a cruise by these ship or anything. Will they have everyhting i need.

I have never been on a Royal ship before. But i have been on Norwegian cruse lines before and from what i remember the DB dont go up to 120, you might get lucky if they even go up to 80

most people train to look good on the cruises. i would say give it a rest and enjoy your self. you can go to the gym any other day of the year. the cruise is to get away and recharge your batteries

yer iv been on the norweigian lines before and there gym was OK at best. Dumbells from what i can remember went up to about 70,, there was no bench press or squat rack or even a barbell. Just relax hit the weights light and enjoy the free food!! have a good time
