I am sort of a "big boned" guy and I'm tryin to cut for summer right now. I've been biking for anywhere between and 15 and 35 mins depending on intensity. Just play with it and see what works for you. I've lost about 20lbs in the last month and a half doin this at the end of my workouts. I'm not on gear or anything, just taking some L-Carnitine to assist fat breakdown. But anyway thats been working for me. But just like your workouts you need to change it up and keep things fresh.
