I plan on cutting over the summer, because its easiest for me to get motivated with my diet for some reason... Anyway im wondering what I should do with my cardio. Like what sort of cardio works for you guys?

i do cardio 2 times a week for 35 minutes each session and that on off days. and keep my heart rate around 60-65% max Heart rate.

I am sort of a "big boned" guy and I'm tryin to cut for summer right now. I've been biking for anywhere between and 15 and 35 mins depending on intensity. Just play with it and see what works for you. I've lost about 20lbs in the last month and a half doin this at the end of my workouts. I'm not on gear or anything, just taking some L-Carnitine to assist fat breakdown. But anyway thats been working for me. But just like your workouts you need to change it up and keep things fresh.

i walk monday-saturday 1hour at 2.5-3.5mph with the incline above level 14. with the right diet, this all you really need to do to lose fat w/o sacrificing muscle, it takes roughly around 14-16 weeks to go from 18% bf to about 4% it really depnds on your body type and metabloism. check out my pics on facebook if you think im full of it. peace.
