If your doing 4 exercises I would stick to 3 sets per each. It says in your sig that since you joined, 5 months ago, you've gained 15lbs... so what your doing seems to be working for you. Your routine looks fine... maybe mix in flat and incline flys.

yeah I agree. What your doing seems to be working but maybe mix it up a bit more and 4 sets per each might be too much? But your body will let you know.

Not bad, obviously it works for you, and different things work for different people, but maybe try mixing it up a bit!

Change excercises, a little bit of machine here and there, different orders etc.

I find that if you mix it up a bit and surprise your body, it makes for a harder and more productive work-out.

It looks good to me, between 13-16 sets i think is a good range for cest. I would just prioritize what you want to improve (if you want a bigger upper chest do incline first), and save the cable flys for the end of the workout as a finisher to really get a really good stretch some blood into the muscle

If this is your current routine I would never substitute declines for inclines, I would do:
4 flat bench
4 incline DB press
4 cable flys
4 decline bench or decline DB presses one week, and next week do dips.

Keep switching between dips and declines alternating weeks, but always keep inclines in the workout. Inclines work too good to leave them out.

thats right man incline work pretty good but my upper chest has devloped a bit more than required so thats why i am doing it in alternate weeks.
And i do dips every day 3 sets of 10 reps each as a warm up.

Why not add weight, wayyyy back when I used to work out I would add plates and do my dips, I never weighed enough for my strength level to get a good workout from dips without adding weight or doing a shit load of them

well thats a good suggestion but in my gym we dont have any weights which can be attached while doing dips.

If you can pick up a dumbbell, you can add weight, just tuck it between your legs and get to dipping.
