Right now I am doing cardio 4 days a week I am on a machine from 5:45-6:15 (I always eat a meal consisting of a cup of oatmeal, caesin shake, and 4-5 egg whites before cardio with a multi vitamin and some bcaa's)Monday-Thursday. My rest days are Friday thru Sunday. I also lift Monday thru
Thursday later in the day. My question is should I do cardio early in the A.M. or after my workout???? Also should I do it on all of my lifting days??? I usually do high intensity bursts thru my cardio workouts, and I use a different type of machine every day I'm not glued to one elliptical or treadmill. So can I get some feedback on what I might be doing right and what I'm doing wrong????
