Now I know doing cardio isn't optimal on training days usually because it will use up glycogen that should be used for the muscles. What i'm interested in are everybodie's opinion on same day training with cardio while on ketosis. My target is to remove glycogen unlike with other diets. I don't think that the protein in my body will be used so much because im on ketosis so i'm assuming that fat will be the main source of all energy.

What are your guys opnions on this?

it depends on the amount of protein you're taking in. protein has 4 kilocalories per gram. so if your major nutrition source is protein and ur basically taking in little to no carbs then it's gonna be used for energy. Fat will be used for energy once all the glycogen is gone and ur working out, but other than that u'd really have to take in a great deal of protein to outweigh the fact that you're going to be using fat for energy. if that makes sense. if not, tell me to do it again. cuz i know sometimes i muck shit up when i try to explain it haha.
