Just to update, my training is focused around improving athletic ability, strengthening joints and joint stability, and over all core strength.
I train upper body twice a week, here are some pics from today's workout:
*Hang cleans on bosu ball
*Chin ups super setted with single arm over dumbell over head press on bosu
*Rotating single arm dumbell press on swiss ball supersetted with horizontal pull ups
*Lying triceps extension with lower body instability super setted with dumbell curls on the bosu (flipped upside down for extra intensity)
*Isometric core work (pics are in the prehab training thread)

Yep, looks like one of the ballance bouncers turned upside down. Doing it that way is very hard. Hard core for that hard core.
