Well my boss today talked me into it, as of monday we will be starting me on the road to my new training sch, I'm gonna try competing in my first BB comp. I have along way to go, but my boss has seen the way my body has responed to the workouts and sups I have done in the last few weeks, and he wants to get me into a comp,

He him self competed in a couple BB comps himself and got first in both, So i guess he knows what hes talk about, most of my training exp is in strength so BB is a new thing for me, He is do some meal planning for me as well.

if anyone has any advice, I welcome it with open arms, as of now I am training one BP once a week, My boss says with the sups i am taking I should be working each BP twice a week. Is this right?.

I am taking

Super Pump
Size on
Multi Vit
Greens +
Whey protein for after workouts and Syntha-6 in the morning and before bed
i am also on a ripped stack as well.

I'm 5'6
weight is around 155-160lbs not to sure.. will be weighting myself on monday.

when it comes time to cut I will be a whole diff set of crap i guess.. :)

if anyone has any advise i will for sure look at it, and show my boss..
I am very excited about this.. doug(boss) says I have a good height and body shape to go far, maybe not PRO, but amature for sure.

thanx guys

Don

diet is 90% of the battle bro,, you wont make gains unless your diet is good,, i say wont make gains..... not completely true but when you have your training and diet on point the gains will be far greater. The diet can be quite complicated so post up a typical day and we will see where we can help!!

^ Cosign.

Those supplements won't work to full potential with out proper nutrition. Diet is what makes us or breaks us. I'm glad you're competing, glad to have another into that aspect of the sport.

If you want to compete, you need to take your mind off of your supplements. They are not what causes hypertrophy. You need to have a strict and healthy diet as well as lifting heavy, with perfect form.

By what your boss said, it seems he thinks those supplements should help recovery. No supplement in the market is made for that. If your muscle recovery is fast, then you'll be fine working a muscle group twice a week. Other wise, for most, it's overtraining. I feel working each body part once a week, sufficiently, is enough.

5'6" is a very common height for Bodybuilding. But it's not so much the body type that matters for competing. I'm competing in June, I have a very small frame. Not an overly big kid, but I'm not relying on my body so to say. I'm focusing on posing and symmetry, which is what makes up the importance of competing.

Vegetables are a must in a diet. Fibrous carbs, try to get them in unless you have a reason not to.

Good luck bro, you need anything PM me.

Hey guys,,

Wow thanks for all the replys.. I'm pretty excited,

Umm well this is the plan for my diet so far it will get better with time i hope:

Meal one:

Egg whites with Hash browns

Meal two:
Protein shake w/ banana

Meal Three:
Tuna with white rice

Meal Four:
This depends i normally workout this time of the day so my 4th would be a protein shake.

Meal Five:
Chicken or beef, with rice

Meal six:
A bedtime protein

This is my starting deit, i will add more to it as a grow , IF you guys have any other deits i could try, I would love to here them.

I realize sups are just that SUPs.. so yes i am focing more on my deit and my training, I have always just worked out one BP per week, I think for now i will stick with that, cept maybe my prob areas i might hit more.

thanks guys
anything you can offer would be cool
