FOR MY FIRST PART OF CUTTING I PLAN TO DO 3-5 HIT CARDIO SESSIONS A WEEK. I DO 16 MINUTES HIT CARDIO ON THE CROSSTRAINER BURNING AT LEAST 250 CALORIES PER SESSION IS THAT A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF CALORIES TO BURN FOR CUTTING AND DOING THIS A COUPLE TIMES A WEEK AFTER I HIT THE WEIGHTS?
if your wanting to gain lots of muscle don't do hit cardio. Do 60 minutes on treadmill at a walk 4-5 days a week. You do low intensity cardio to break up fat and retain muscle. HIT cardio tends to burn as much muscle as fat.
i don't think it's necessary how much u burn in cardio .. cardio is a catalyst help u to burn more calories .. you have to watch your diet and eat less calories than u burn in a day .. and with help of cardio you will lose wieght :) .. i do cardio 3 times per week .. 30 minutes on the elepitacl machine or stair stepper
