There's no such thing, he's a purebred nubby. Bulking and cutting require two different diets and two different philosophies. If you do a clean bulk, eating healthy, proper water intake (what I'm doing) your cuts will still be there. They're phases. If you lose definition during a bulk, you'll get them back when you cut 'hence "cut"'. Bulk to where you feel comfortable, then cut.
