i'm no expert and dont cliam to be. i listen to what has been written before me and take the good points from that. i know a little bout this and that, "im a jack of all trades and master of none" so to speak. i mainly try to encourage people and give normal advice like a mother/father would

eg, hurt my back yesterday - answer - take it easy see a doctor and ease back into slowly when you get the all clear

good thread

one cheat meal isnt going to kill anyone pros sometimes cheat on their pre contest diet. Thats not to say cheat once a week or something like that once in a great while is not going to make a physiological difference it just makes guilt mentally. Most likely you are going to be doing this your whole life so if you want a cheat meal once in a while go for it poison of your choice just be realistic about when once in a while is.

hmmmm melty cheese. im aiming for so many muslces they will burn off a couple cheat meals a week i dont mean md's ive had one burger and one mcflurry in about 5 yrs. not a fan. but i like homemade ribs and ceasar salads and cheeeeese hmm grill cheese. for fast food i dont know if you guys have a&w but good onions rings are probably the worst fast food i cheat with. luckily i dont trust a 15 yr old not to spit in my burger. or much restaurant food actully i like to see how my food is prepared and who prepairs it. wow this thread is off topic lol. *goes back drinkin my healthy lemon water hmmm! lol

I guess I'm a zombie because that doesn't make me hungry.

As far as cheat meals, I love met-rx bars... I'm not much of a burger and fries kind of guy. I don't like to go overboard with cheat meals.
