I was thinking that this thread was on giving advice in general despite its location in the training section. As for training i think you will get alot of varied opinions, there are alot of ways to get from point A to point B i say whatever road your comfortable with and committed to take, as long as your not trying to get from point A to point B by taking a road that takes you to point C.
