I completely agree that if someone has a reasonable arguement for something then opinions should be welcomed. im more or less just saying that alot of people think they know best because they read it was. and theyres fact to prove what theyre saying. but most of the time in bodybuilding theres also proof that the other fact is wrong. thats how bodybuilding is. very few things are agreed on and said to be right. so its just hard for someone who read articles from maybe a pro or something. and then told the next guy about it. and then someone else here or elsewhere says that isnt true at all. or they dont agree. the other day someone told me i work my biceps too much. i normally only do them once every other week. and then others every week. but it was more or less opinions. and yea we all read a ton of stuff like this where people dont give good advice. but they are trying. and we all correct them even i get corrected. but i mean not everyone agrees or believes certain facts. but i think the dungeon does very well at correcting and helping out. im not trying to argue at all either with anyone or start something stupid. but if you ask someone a good routine. youll get 30 different answers. and reasons why theyre right. doesnt mean any of them neccesarily are.

I was thinking that this thread was on giving advice in general despite its location in the training section. As for training i think you will get alot of varied opinions, there are alot of ways to get from point A to point B i say whatever road your comfortable with and committed to take, as long as your not trying to get from point A to point B by taking a road that takes you to point C.
