hello, ı need your help's. my rıght pectoral bıgger than left pectoral . A bout 1.5 inch. Whats wrong What ı should to do?

You probably have the same thing I have, is your left arm stronger than your right arm? Do you have any other muscle imbalance?

no, my arms same strong but sıze dıfferent letf arm bıgger than rıght arm about 1inch , rıght pectoral bıgger than left pec. also my lef wing smaller than rıght wing and wings short

yeah that sounds like my problem, scroll down here and check out the "Chest Muscle Imbalance" thread, my left pec is bigger than my right and my right arm is bigger than my left by just a bit

thanks I read so ıs ıt usefull? what do u do now ,? weıght/height and 1 rep max for bench press or use dumbell for a whıle wıth good form? whıch ones

Just concentrate on good form basically, im also going to do dumbbell presses every other session to mix it up and see what happens

Use dumbbell movements every one in a while. That being said, people with this problem, their bench is slanted when performing the exercise. Concentrate on that pectoral as well as your other one. I emphasize on keeping the form on your chest exercises spot on. Even if you have to drop some weight to perfect it.

Do you train with someone, get them to watch you lift and if your favoring one side they should tell you

Hell even if you train by yourself, just ask someone in the gym to watch your form and tell you if the bar isnt straight or your favoring one side, I'm sure most ppl won't mind helping out
