Yeah it would seem that you kind of are overtraining your back. You wanna switch up your workouts every other workout to keep your muscles guessing. Even with you doing all of these workouts in one training session for back, if you're doing 3 sets an exercise you'd be doing 18 sets. That's already over training unless you're on gear. I mean I've really got no room to talk since i try and do about 4 to 5 exercises with about 4 sets each, so I'm doing the same thing you're doing. But yeah, I'm working on it just like you. But yeah, split these workouts up into a couple diff workouts and keep your muscles guessing. That's what's gonna help you grow.

4 movements for overall back development:

A deadlift
A mid pull (some form of row)
Low pull (some form of chin or pull down)
And high pull (shrug, high pulls, cleans, etc.)

Thats all you need, anything else is overlapping.

Also, I dont feel you should change exercises every workout or everyother. I feel there needs to be a longer duration in the cycle, perhaps until you plateau. If you are constantly switching movements then the majority of your gains are due to neurological changes, not muscle overload.

I mean you've been posting dozens of threads for quite some time now, asking questions that don't need to be asked.

I'm not trying to be mean or anything, it's just you keep making new threads instead of doing what you need to be doing in your training. If that's your back routine, then you haven't been paying attention to the responses you've gotten in previous threads.

At this stage of your training things are simple. Focus on the big exercises, keep eating, be consistent and be patient. It's not particularly complicated, it just takes time.

If you choose to use a split routine, build your back day around deadliting.

E.g.
Deadlift: 4x6
Bent rows: 3x8-10
Chins: 3x8-10
High pulls: 2-5 sets, working up to top set of 5

Keep your form strict, train hard and add weight when you can.

dude, he's just trying to get help. There's no need to get an attitude about anything. I'm sure he has read everything people have said, but you also gotta realize he's new to this whole thing and that even though people are gonna tell him things, it may take a while to sink in. I've seen many guys ask the same things over and over. So let's just be productive and help everybody out and steer them in the right direction instead of putting them down just because it's taking them a little longer for things to sink in than for other people.

BtC, keep it up man. just listen to what people say, try to incorporate it into your regimen and keep ur diet under control. You're gonna be huge man. Don't worry about shit.

I agree with mabo and ZackKnight. Bulk then cut, I think what people are telling you is confusing you hence why you're making a great deal of threads. I remember Beefcake saying the same thing to you a while back, don't worry. Before you open a thread on a topic- use the search function and do research. I have many questions about the sport but I research and read heavily on the topic that confuses me. If you still can't find the answer, then you open a thread. You seem to love the sport so props to you that you want to keep learning. As far as the topic of this thread, it was covered by Zir's post. Read that, if it confuses you; read up on it.

We aren't discouraging you from asking questions but try to look up information about the topic first, then ask. I'm more than willing to help anyone, like ZackKnight said. Keep doing what you're doing, read, eat and be patient. Gains will come bro.

Yeah like I said I'm not out to get you, BTC.

It's just a little frustrating to see someone young like you, with such obvious interest and enthusiasm towards the sport, who seems to be missing the big picture. You just seem to be concentrating your energy on the less important aspects of training, and not following the basics.
