I usually lift later in the day and after I lift i take protein and creatine. I need to start cardio so I was going to run an hour after I did weight training since I took the creatine early will this some how mess with my creatine storing by using it up while I run. Sorry if this does not make sense.

Your post is a little vague. How bout answering these questions so we can help you out a little better.

Why so much cardio in the first place?

How much creatine are you taking?

How much protein are you taking after the workout/throughout the day?

Are you taking in high glycemic carbs after your workouts?

What do your weight workouts consist of right now?

What are your goals?

Not that much cardio just like run a mile. 3 grams of creatine on lifting days. Protein after workout around 35 grams and i try to conume 145 grams throughout the day. No to the glycemic carbs dont really know what they are. I usually do a full body workout 3 times a week ( I know maybe overtraining but works for me). My goals would probally be to maybe gain some more weight while staying cut, Im currently bulking but cant stand the look of my stomach ie. my abs are starting to go away, and the reason I want to start running is because I fell im losing some of my endurance ie. getting winded sooner ( ive been a swimmer my whole life). Thanks for everyones help so far.

Again, definately do not do cardio after you workout, that will severely hinder your gains. Why dont you do some cardio in the mornings, then workout later?

Not that much cardio just like run a mile.
It takes you an hour to run a mile? Honestly bro you probably only need 20-40 minutes 3-5 days a week depending on your schedule and how much time you can dedicate to your program.

3 grams of creatine on lifting days.
Three grams is nowhere near what you need if you want to get anything out of thsi supplement. I suggest you take 10 grams after your workouts with a high glycemic carb drink i.e. gatorade or grape juice. You should be taking anywhere from 45-60 grams of carbs after your w/o. Don't worry these carbs will be stored as glycogen (fuel for your next workout) and not fat.

Protein after workout around 35 grams
Perfect. Stick with that as long as its whey protein. This type of protein is known to have a faster absorbtion rate which you need after a workout.

and i try to conume 145 grams throughout the day.
Why do you take this much. Did you just pull a number out of your ass? J/K. LOL! You should be taking 1-1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight to gain any type of muscle.

No to the glycemic carbs dont really know what they are.
Refer to above statement.

I usually do a full body workout 3 times a week ( I know maybe overtraining but works for me).
Full body workouts are cool but you might want to think about switching it up to some type of push/pull method down the line. This gives your body alot more time to recover after a session. Basically what your doing right now is breaking down the same muscle three days a week. Not good if your goals are to gain some muscle. Your not allowing those muscles to fuly recover after the workout you had just the other day. For example if you hit chest/shoulders/tris hard as hell on Monday it will take 5-7 days for those muscles to fully recover from that particular workout. Feel me?

goals would probally be to maybe gain some more weight and the reason I want to start running is because I fell im losing some of my endurance ie. getting winded sooner ( ive been a swimmer my whole life). Thanks for everyones help so far.
Follow the steps I gave you above and you should do just fine.

Whew!

Why would he want to go to the gym twice? Why not kill two birds with one stone and do the cardio after the workout when insulin levels are low and your better able to burn fat. Just slam a post workout cocktail afterwards and then have a solid meal 1-2 hours after that. Doing it this way he should be just fine, and not dedicate his whole day top working out.

No you misunderstood me I meant I wanted to run an hour from when I worked out as in wait an hour then run a mile. 145 grams comes from me weighing 145 pounds ( Im 16 years old). I get what your saying about the full body workout, I have read many articles about this, its just I cant bring myself to working one muscle per week even if it was working I would feel it is not enough. Thanks again for all your help
