So for March I'm gonna which up the work out routine and I've seen so many different types out there I'm wondering how to do it. My goal is to lift as much weight as possible and get as big as possible. Right now I'm doing a split of chest and tris day 1 back bis shoulders and traps day 2 then legs day 3. I was thinking about doing compound movement exercises 3 times a week any other suggestions?

Bench press:195lbs 1 rep
Military press-95lbs- 5 reps
Squat:250lbs 1 rep
Deadlift- 300lbs- 1 rep!!!!!
Second goal: Bench 210lbs by September 10
