Hi guys/girls. I was wondering is it better to train 5 times a week, 1 hour and a half per workout or 3-4 times a week, 2-3 hours per workout ? I don't have that much time to train because I go to school, I play hockey and have other hobbies.
Second, I want to get big for the first May because I'm going to the states with the school and I want to show off my big muscles to the ladies

. I'm currently 177 pounds, 6" tall, and have a body fat percentage of around 17%. In summary: I want to loose fat and gain muscle mass by the first of May .
My current training split is as follows :
day 1 - back, triceps, abs, total of 15 min cardio. 1 hour and a half.
day 2 - chest, biceps

, shoulders, abs, 15 min of cardio 1 hour to 2 hours
day 3 - Legs, 30 mins. of cardio (spining). 1 hour and a half.
