Curls: umm ..
20x70 lbs.
15x70
10x70

Military press (if that's the right name o.O ):
11x150 lbs
10x140
10x110

and there are other exercies but dunno what's called...

bench pressing 115 but curling 70?!

what does your split look like bro? and if you intent to keep a log, try to go into more detail and explain the other excercises that you did

YouTube - BodyBuilding Jay Cutler - that's Jay's video , i'm trying to do the same things as he does (i'm not doing any squads, but i think about start doing it.
In the video :
00:50 sec - Threadmill , umm... i'm not a big fan of it, but i do it..
and i do all the other exercise till 01:20. -those for legs...
01:31 - is what i thought it's military press , sorry guys that's the exercise that i'm doing with 150 pounds
01:42 i'm doing it also with about 50 pounds 3 sets x10 , x9 x8 ...
01:50 i rarely do that exercise, i'm using 35 pounds in each hand for it.
01:54 that's the curls what i'm doing , the same bar... no cheating
