and i do all the other exercise till 01:20. -those for legs...
01:31 - is what i thought it's military press , sorry guys

that's the exercise that i'm doing with 150 pounds

01:42 i'm doing it also with about 50 pounds 3 sets x10 , x9 x8 ...
01:50 i rarely do that exercise, i'm using 35 pounds in each hand for it.
01:54 that's the curls what i'm doing , the same bar... no cheating
